Paul has been practicing law since 1984. He has been specializing in Real Estate Law, Construction Law, Corporate Law, Land Use and Planning, Zoning, Business Law and Personal Injury since 1993. Born and raised in Northwest Washington, Paul is a retired Air Force colonel and is proud to offer his services to clients in Whatcom, Skagit, Island and Snohomish Counties.
